Partners Division
The Project Partners Division brings together around twenty professionals who are experts in managing transformation projects and digital products (websites, apps and bots). The Project Partners offer their expertise in supporting projects with a strong digital or IT component for the business teams of CRMS as well as for SNCF Voyageurs.
They implement projects in collaboration with all stakeholders, bringing their methodological skills, their know-how in solution design and their insight to guide technological choices.
« Our project management role can cover all or part of a programme, a project or a work stream, and can take place at different stages. We can step in from the very framing of a topic to structure it and propose a suitable management methodology. The next step is then to steer it across all its dimensions (roadmap, budget, governance, risks, KPIs, etc.) and to ensure that best practices in security, accessibility, green IT and GDPR are applied. We coordinate work between stakeholders by setting up the right collaborative tools, and we challenge the solutions proposed by the IT teams, the goal being to create the best possible conditions for launch. »
A closer look at our expertise
Transformation projects
The Project Partners Division provides its expertise on several flagship TGV-INTERCITÉS projects, including the dematerialisation of tickets, the building of a platform for subscribing to offers, the transformation of CRM tools, the launch of a new range and the overhaul of the customer loyalty programme.
Digital product management expertise
In collaboration with business and technical teams, the Project Partners take on the roles of Product Managers and Product Owners to build and evolve digital products such as the tgvinoui.sncf website, the TGV Inoui bot, the Junior&Cie site and app, and the Mes Bagages website.
On-board Wi-Fi
The Project Partners Division has been managing the on-board Wi-Fi bandwidth across 340 TGVs in partnership with telecom operators since its launch in 2017, as well as the Wi-Fi portal offering services such as press, games, cinema, podcasts and even meditation. Everything to ensure customers enjoy a pleasant journey.
