Production Division
The Production Division runs catering services (The TGV Bar offering and the Group Catering Service), designs and produces the Junior & Cie service and ensures the quality of Mes Bagages production. Its primary mission is to guarantee the fundamentals across all of its services.
That means overseeing safety, enforcing SNCF production processes and quality, with a focus on Operational Excellence and continuous improvement. Production teams manage and support providers to ensure customer satisfaction and more comfortable, more personalised journeys.
Your children travel alone — but not without help — with Junior & Cie.
The Junior & Cie service, offered by TGV INOUI, looks after children aged 4 to 14 from the departure station to the arrival station. Accompanied by professional chaperones throughout the journey, children enjoy activities for a fun and safe trip. Junior & Cie serves over 130 destinations during school holidays and more than 20 destinations on weekends.
