The Services & Customer Relations Division defines and runs TGV INOUI services, Grand Voyageur TGV INOUI lounges and the customer care dedicated to loyalty programme members.

At CRMS, our goal is to make travel easier for everyone and support passengers throughout their journey, from origin to destination. The Offering team defines service content and enhancements, pricing and commercial activation. It also drives innovation on existing services and new offerings.

TGV INOUI services

  • Junior & Cie

    A historic SNCF service enabling children aged 4 to 14 to travel alone under the supervision of certified chaperones and enjoy a fun journey. Available in more than 130 stations across France, every weekend and during school holidays.

  • Mes Bagages

    Travelling light, without your luggage — that's the promise of Mes Bagages, which picks up your luggage at home and delivers it to your holiday destination within 24 hours.

  • Ma Location AVIS

    The essential car rental service to extend your journey beyond the station during your stay. In partnership with AVIS and BUDGET.

  • Domicile + Train

    People with reduced mobility should also be able to travel with peace of mind. Domicile+Train escorts them from their home to their seat on the train.

Customer Care

Dedicated to SNCF's top customers, Loyalty Customer Care offers a premium omnichannel service: zero customer effort, short response times and proactivity are at the heart of our ambitions.

The team defines the customer-care strategy and the overall organisation of loyalty customer service and preferred contact channels. It is responsible for identifying needs, customer pain points and solutions to improve satisfaction. A dedicated customer-care team also supports Mes Bagages and Junior & Cie customers before and after purchase.

Grand Voyageur TGV INOUI Lounges

The Grand Voyageur TGV INOUI Lounges team runs, operates and animates this service dedicated to SNCF's top customers. To offer them a bubble of calm and comfort, the team designs and furnishes these spaces. Quiet and welcoming, the Grand Voyageur TGV INOUI Lounges are designed to give Grand Voyageur members a moment of rest or a productive work session while waiting for their train.

Open 7 days a week in 12 major French stations, the Grand Voyageur TGV INOUI Lounges welcome customers upon presentation of the day's ticket and Grand Voyageur Le Club card, or a Business Première ticket for the day. Inside: a selection of digital and paper press, a wide choice of complimentary hot drinks and Wi-Fi.
